Expert in One Health and Veterinary Public Health
Dr. Tongkorn Meeyam is a Thai expert in One Health and Veterinary Public Health, serving as the Executive Director of the Southeast Asia One Health University Network (SEAOHUN) Secretariat. She holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Chulalongkorn University and completed her Dr. med. vet. at the Freie Universität Berlin. She has nearly 20 years of experience at Chiang Mai University and as Director of the Veterinary Public Health and Food Safety Centre for Asia Pacific, a WOAH Collaborating Centre.
Tongkorn is a member of the Region’s College of the Steering Committee, representing Asia along with Dr Nitish Debnath.
