Catherine Dernis establishes, develops, and implements the Initiative’s communications strategy and coordinates activities, liaising with members and stakeholders to enhance the initiative’s audience and visibility.
A senior communications expert at the highest levels, Catherine has professional experience in France and internationally, structured around several complementary areas: communication & public affairs, governance practice analysis, and journalism.
Since 2018, she has been involved in the health, agriculture, and agri-food sectors. She brought her expertise in editorial work, public relations, and communication consulting.
She has also worked with several major communication groups, including Havas, Hopscotch, and Publicis, as well as for international institutions such as the United Nations and the Francophonie. Before transitioning to communication roles, Catherine worked as a journalist.
She holds two master’s degrees from Sciences Po Paris.
