PREZODE was invited to participate in several events alongside the 77th World Health Assembly held in Geneva, from 27 May to 1 June 2024.
Dr Soawapak Hinjoy, Vice-President of our General Assembly, participated in the high-level strategic dialogue hosted on the 27th by Foundation S: “One Health: From Ambition to Action”. The discussion focused on the need to accelerate and implement a framework for One Sustainable Health to effectively help countries and communities prepare for and respond to health threats posed by climate change.
On the 28th, Dr Soawapak Hinjoy Dr. Marisa Peyre, Dr. Benjamin Roche represented PREZODE at an event organized by COP28, The Green Climate Fund, The Rockefeller Foundation, the World Health Organization, and the Global Fund.
Dr. Benjamin Roche also joined the discussions hosted by the Geneva Health Forum and the Graduate Institute, titled ‘One Health and Pandemic Prevention in Practice: Is the Global South Leading Innovation?
