On 5 June, the Republic of El Salvador signed the PREZODE Letter of Intent. This commitment marks the 30th country-level signature of the initiative.
The signing ceremony was held at the highest level of the Salvadoran state by the Minister of Health, Francisco Alabi. In his speech, the Minister emphasised El Salvador’s commitment to playing a leading role in the One Health in Central America Hosted by the French Ambassador to El Salvador, Anne Denis-Blanchardon, the venue welcomed Karla de Palma, Director-General of the Salvadoran Agency for International Cooperation (ESCO); Elmer Roberto Bonilla, Head of the International Relations and Health Cooperation Office; and representatives of the Ministries of Health and Foreign Affairs.
