Research Engineer, International Cooperation
Gema Herrero-Corral is a Research Engineer at INRAE, responsible for international cooperation affairs within the MICA Division (Microbiology and the Food Chain). She contributes to the development of international scientific partnerships in the fields of microbiology, animal and human health, and food biotechnologies. She also has experience in Mediterranean forest ecology and in the coordination of European research networks (ERA-NET FORESTERRA). She is involved in international collaborative research initiatives on the microbiome.
