The National One Health Alliance (formerly One Health Alliance Jordan) continues to promote the One Health approach in Jordan through strategic partnerships that strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration and community engagement.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A member of PREZODE, the civil society organization National One Health Alliance<\/a> (NOHA) aims at promoting One Health through youth engagement, education, and community action in Jordan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Alliance participated recently in a specialized One Health capacity-building workshop hosted by the Shoman Foundation<\/a>. The workshop brought together professionals and practitioners from different sectors to explore practical approaches for integrating One Health principles into education, community initiatives, and future collaborative projects<\/strong>. The event also provided an opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss innovative approaches to health challenges, and strengthen partnerships among stakeholders working at the human, animal, and environmental health interface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of its ongoing educational activities, the Alliance also hosted\u00a0Dr. Ahmad Mukhtar<\/strong>\u00a0for an international webinar on\u00a0“Food Security Policies During Emergencies.”<\/strong>\u00a0The session examined how conflicts, disasters, and public health emergencies affect food systems and highlighted policy approaches that can improve food security and resilience. Participants discussed global experiences, the importance of multi-sectoral collaboration, and the role of youth in supporting sustainable agri-food systems through a One Health perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These activities reflect the National One Health Alliance’s commitment to fostering dialogue, sharing knowledge, and empowering professionals and young leaders to address complex health challenges through collaborative, evidence-based One Health solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
